All segments are converted to contours and returned to the SEGMENTS page as VOIs. The display below shows a fusion of the segmentation result (SEGMENTS) with the INPUT image as the reference:
Finally, Stats will calculate the average statistics of the VOIs and show them on the Statistics page.
